You'll be visiting the manufacturing facility, and we kindly ask for your agreement and understanding of our safety policy while you are with us. MasterBrand promotes a Total Safety Culture. While the risk of injury during a plant tour is minimal, your safety is paramount.

Manufacturing Facility Tour Safety Requirements

We respectfully ask you to comply with these requirements:

Safety glasses will be provided and must be worn at all times. If you have prescription eyewear, either have appropriate side shields or wear safety glasses over your eyewear.

Stay within painted aisles.

Loose or dangling clothing can become caught in equipment or machinery. All clothing must be form-fitted or otherwise secured against the body. Neckties must be clipped to the shirt or tucked in at the second button.

Jewelry of any kind, including necklaces, bracelets, watches, rings and earrings (other than studs) must be removed.

Hair, shoulder length or longer, must be worn or styled in a manner that it cannot be caught in machinery and equipment.

Open-toed shoes are not permitted. We recommend you wear comfortable, non-slip footwear.

Cancellations and Refunds

The Company reserves the right to cancel any training session at its discretion, including due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. If the Company cancels the training, a full refund will be issued. If you choose to cancel:

More than 30 days before the training: You will receive a full refund.
Within 30 days of the training: No refund will be issued
